  • Our Mission

Crowd4U is a non-profit platform for you to perform microtasks to make the world a better place. It is an all academic open and generic platform for "Crowdsourcing for Good" and provides a task pool for microtasks for academic and public purposes. Crowd4U allows to register virtually any task and can serve as a research facility for crowdsourcing.

  • What are "microtasks"?

‘Microtasks’ are simple and easy tasks that can be completed in a very short amount of time, and by a group of global workers. There are several categories of Microtasks, allowing workers to choose between different types.

  • Who are "contributors"?

A “contributor” is a member of Crowd4U that helps solve Microtasks. Your name will be listed in the contributor list of projects. We will issue volunteer certificates for the tasks you performed while logging-in. We accept both your real and handle names.

How To Start

You can participate in one or more projects that you are interested in.

task capture

Simple and easy to understand.

Most tasks are simple to do, and everyone can give them a try if they are interested.

Tasks can be performed by adding the most relevant keywords to a displayed image, looking at an image and selecting the best choice out of 2-4 keywords, or by playing simple games.
